By accessing our website or purchasing from M.a.d Ndustries, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Us

M.a.d Ndustries is an Australian small business designing and manufacturing 3D-printed reproduction and hard-to-find parts for Nissan's and other manufacturers.
All products are designed and produced in Western Australia.

2. Product Information & Intended Use

All products sold by M.a.d Ndustries are aftermarket reproduction parts.

They are not manufactured, endorsed, approved, or affiliated with original vehicle manufacturers.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Parts are intended for restoration, replacement, or cosmetic use

• Parts are not certified for safety-critical applications

• Installation is the responsibility of the buyer

Professional installation is recommended where appropriate.

3. Vehicle Compatibility

Compatibility information is provided to the best of our knowledge and testing.

Due to variations in vehicle models, production years, trims, and prior modifications:

• Fitment is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated

• Buyers are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase

• We encourage customers to contact us before ordering if unsure

M.a.d Ndustries is not responsible for incorrect fitment where compatibility was not confirmed prior to purchase.

4. Brand Identification

Authentic M.a.d Ndustries products are marked with a discreet “M.a.d Ndustries” imprint where design and part size allow.

This imprint is used for:

• Brand identification

• Quality control

• Design authenticity

Unbranded parts are not produced or supplied by M.a.d Ndustries.

5. 3D-Printed Materials

Our products are manufactured using high-quality 3D-printed plastics.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

• Minor layer lines or surface variations are normal

• These characteristics do not affect functionality

• Parts may soften or deform if exposed to excessive heat or harsh conditions

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before orders are produced or dispatched.

7. Shipping

Orders are shipped from Western Australia to Australia and internationally.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

• Delivery timeframes are estimates only

• Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

8. Returns & Refunds

All products are made to order.

For this reason:

• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted

• Refunds are not offered for incorrect fitment where compatibility was not confirmed prior to purchase

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos so we can assess and resolve the issue.

9. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled if production has not yet begun.

Once manufacturing has started, cancellations are not possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, M.a.d Ndustries is not liable for:

• Incorrect installation

• Vehicle damage

• Personal injury

• Loss of use or indirect or consequential loss

Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product supplied.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, files, images, text, and branding are the intellectual property of M.a.d Ndustries.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.

12. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Where a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund as required by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

M.a.d Ndustries reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Changes take effect immediately once published on our website.
